TwinS is a new publishing group bringing together many activities and entities adapted to the current, very difficult and demanding music market. We are developing over 30 years of the iconic Polonia Records tradition through the new So Records label, which focuses on very limited collector's vinyl records containing masterpieces and RARE recordings of Polish jazz, film music, but also new, premiere recordings that we are currently working on in the studio. Many outstanding artists, heirs and even collectors have provided us with their archives and recordings that have never been published, which we will passionately prepare for publication. Jazz and blues are the music of roots and in the case of Polish culture this is a huge mine from which we will draw abundantly, for example album No. 2 in our catalogue… »

TwinS Cooperation offers many different services related to the production of CDs and vinyl records from the graphic studio to the finished product. We lend our Label, warehouses, distribution channels, also abroad. We buy records that are overdue in warehouses, unsuccessful productions, we will take over publishing houses that have had enough of operation and those that have not been functioning for years. We have been intermediating in the purchase and sale of music licenses around the world for over 30 years and have proven success. TwinS will also invest in interesting, difficult, record productions… »

It was the summer of 1986. A private concert in Jabłonna, where the 50th birthday of Jan Zylber, once a drummer in Komeda's band, and then a businessman, was celebrated. Andrzej Jagodziński was playing on stage under a large tent. That's when I heard it for the first time... a fragment of Marcin Kydryński's lyrics from the cult album A. Jagodziński Trio CHOPIN, released by Polonia Records in 1994, which received all possible music awards not only in Poland. Fryderyk, the first jazz musician is a certain symbol of this album... »

The avant-jazz band Fantastic Swimmers was founded by Viktor Siamaška in Minsk 2005. Since 2018, the band also has a Warsaw version in cooperation with members of the Warsaw Improvisers Orchestra: Piotr Mełech, Veranika Los, Piotr Dąbrowski. It is in this line-up, plus the extremely talented vocalist Gosia Zagajewska, that the band was invited to the ELCAT Festival and it is the live recordings that are included on this BONAVENTURA album... »

The love story of Urszula Dudziak and Jerzy Kosiński, the author of the bestseller "Malowany Ptak", became an inspiration for the creation of this album. Single, an unusual attraction with songs that are not included in the album. The single, released for promotion in a circulation of 150 copies, turned out to be a great collector's item even before its premiere, probably because it contains the Beatles' song Norwegian Wood. "Polska", Michał Kulenty was an extraordinary composer, an excellent musician, and his album POLSKA is one of the most valuable records in the history of Polish jazz, the borderland of folk culture from which Kulenty often drew. No one in Europe, perhaps with the exception of Garbarek, did it so successfully and thrillingly. The best album in the achievements of this great artist, an important document released in a very limited edition of 250 copies for club members of the TwinS Record Club. Only 50 copies intended for sale mainly on auction sites make it a collector's treasure. »

Marcin Wasilewski Simple Acoustic Trio When will the blues leave? Today it is the most appreciated trio in Europe. The last album before signing the contract with ECM became an extremely valuable recording, which is now confirmed by their earlier album Habanera, which is very rarely available on auction sites and fetches a price of about PLN 1,500. Unfortunately, at the time of posting this entry, the first edition was practically sold out. Perhaps there will be a reprint intended mainly for export. Very few such projects are being developed in Poland and around the world. The number of artists participating in the recording and the names make this album unique. The lyrics written by Michał Kulenty, the music and the participation of the best Polish pianist Marcin Masecki make this album a must-have on every Polish Jazz shelf. KOMEDA played by Adam Wendt. The album was invented by my Japanese friend, who, apart from being a cult record dealer, is a collector and, above all, an expert in jazz/film music. His shop is an extraordinary place in Japan and an extraordinary man. In his store, he can sell up to 60 copies of one Polish title a year. It was he who recommended the graphics for Komeda's album decades ago and has now modified them for Wendt's album. A beautifully released album. Wendt plays thrillingly, joining the elite of Polish jazz saxophonists. The world lies ahead of him and this is the first album on So Records intended for promotion at production costs. I'm sure it will disappear quickly, anyone interested is welcome. »

CHOPIN Krzysztof Herdzin is an album by one of the most talented Polish musicians. Many years ago, he made his debut with this extraordinary project at Polonia Records, which is currently being released on the market with new mastering and a new graphic version, probably the first of its kind in Poland.
